I STAYED AT THE RIVIERA FROM 1 TO 15 OCTOBER. THE ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT. ABOUT THE FOOD: THE BREAKFAST IS OKAY, BUT THE HOTEL SHOULD PREPARE A MORE VARIED MENU FOR HALF-BOARDERS WITH LONGER STAYS, BECAUSE THE DINNER MENU DIDN'T CHANGE MUCH.
MY THANKS TO MRS. OMAIRA FROM PUBLIC RELATIONS. SHE MADE MY STAY EXTREMELY PLEASANT. THE SAME TO THE WAITER WHO SERVED THE JUICE AT BREAKFAST.
THE THING I LIKED LEAST WAS THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS AT THE RECEPTION HALL.

Hello. I am a Cuban residing in Switzerland. I spent the night of May 9, 2008 at the Hotel Riviera. It was unforgettable. I want to go back in November and spend 3 nights there. I loved it. The view from my room was marvelous, the room was large. The one thing I didn't like was the state the bathtub was in. But, everything else was super. Wait for me, I should be back shortly. I have being there with my wife and son and it was very nice, is confortable, the location is super and of course the warm of the cuban people.

This hotel is wonderful, excellent service, the staff is friendly and they are always looking for the confort of the clients, they make you feel as if you were at home, rooms are clean, wonderful view, at the from my room, food quite good, very good treat from cookers and personal from the kitchen, I would give them an extra star... jejeje

I stayed from march 3 to 8 and I think this is one of the best hotels in the world I have staed. Good view of the sea and wonderful breakfasts. Very good place I recommend it.

I stayed for the Congress Universidad 2008, in this hotel I think there is a good service, staff is frendly, special greatings to the chef and the cooker, I hope they are in good health and I'll see them in 2010.
Only during the first day we didn't have hot water, but the rest excellent, thanks and beautiful country.

I am from Panama, and I staye from January 24th to 26th, 2008 at Riviera Hotel, and I think it is quite good, nothing to complain. There is an excellent view of the sea and the city. I recommend it. Migdalia (Panama)

I would like to thank all for the good care we received in ours hollidays.
The location of the hotel cannot be better, the rooms have a viewa to the malecon that is wonderful, we were in other hotels but this seemed to us the best. It is ample, clean, better.
Room services is very good general, and the excellent price. Do not lose the show of the night club, very pretty. The best election if you want to have good vacations and at good prices. Recommended widely. Greetings and thanks

The quality in the services of the Riviera was, without a doubt, very good.
The atmosphere that prevails in the hotel is ideal to visit Havana with your family.
It leaves a pleasing flavor the friendship of the employees and collaborators.
Congratulations!! We hope to visit them soon, we were very contentments!
PS. I would like to send Joaquin (the one who prepares the fruits in the restaurant of the cellar) some discs with music; it would be possible?. He was very amiable with us. Thanks.
